Bill has been active in the forest industry for the past twenty years. Graduating in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Willamette University, he immediately began managing his family’s tree farm near Chehalis, WA.
Active in the local community, Bill has served as both Secretary and President of the Lewis County Farm Forestry Association. Bill also serves on the Washington Farm Forestry Board as their Treasurer. He is a Class 22 graduate of the 2-year Washington Agriculture and Forestry Education Foundation program, which trains those in the natural resource industry to become leaders in their field of expertise, as well their communities. When Bill is not working on the tree farm, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family.
